TSG-2 is a sintered copper ball plastic composite material on a steel substrate. It is a high-strength, low friction new material. This material uses a copper plastic composite layer filled with plastic as the anti friction and anti-wear working layer. The steel plate mainly bears the mechanical load, while the plastic layer plays a role in running in and lubrication. The characteristic of TSG-2 is that the plastic surface layer is required to be as thin as possible, while the copper layer is increased in thickness, and the surface allows for exposed copper layer. The bearing capacity of this material is several times greater than that of steel. When the load ranges from 1~90KN/cm * 2, the friction coefficient is only 0.127 ^ 0.045, and it is independent of the radius of the steel rail. It is a superior slide material suitable for heavy load, light load, and maintenance gates.
